What are your consultations for?

Personalised Ayurvedic consultations focused on long-term health, chronic conditions, and lifestyle-related imbalances, delivered through online and in-person sessions.

Who is this practice for?

For individuals seeking a thoughtful, root-cause–oriented approach to health, and for those who want to apply Ayurveda meaningfully in daily and seasonal life—for themselves and their families

What happens if I am a new patient?

Your first consultation includes a comprehensive review of your health history, current concerns, lifestyle, and goals.
Time is taken to understand patterns and root causes before any recommendations are made. You will receive a clear, practical plan and guidance on how to implement it step by step.

Do you examine or consult with children?

Yes. I do consult with children.
All recommendations are age-appropriate, gentle, and designed in consultation with the parent or caregiver. Complex or acute paediatric conditions requiring immediate medical care are not addressed.

What concerns do you work with?

Chronic digestive, hormonal, metabolic, stress-related, autoimmune, inflammatory, and lifestyle-related conditions.

If you are unsure whether your concern is appropriate, please enquire before booking.

If you have already been taking drugs prescribed by your home doctor, please bring them with you for clarification or possible drug interactions and correlations with the new condition.
